How many people does the motorhome sleep?2020-08-27T20:09:22+01:00

Our motorhome sleeps up to six people.

Why do I need to pay a deposit on top of the hire price?2020-08-26T18:22:49+01:00

The deposit is £750 insurance excess as we need to cover ourself for any damage incurred during the hire. Cleared a traceable security deposit (BACS, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Cheque etc. – amount not specified)

Full deposit will be returned within 48 hours of return of the motorhome.

What type of Identification and Driving Licences do I need to bring?2020-08-26T18:23:13+01:00

We require 3 pieces of identification, including Driving License and 2 utility bills.

The following documentation is acceptable for proof of address alongside the driver’s licence You must provide the following: – • 1 utility bill/statement (primary form of proof) • 1 of the documents listed below (secondary proof)

What is acceptable:- • Utilities are as follows: Electricity, Water, Gas, Broadband, Council tax or Landline 1 of the following alongside a utility:- • TV/internet/landline telephone bill (Including Sky/Virgin/BT etc.) • Bank or Credit Statement • Credit card bill/statement • Mortgage/pension statement HMRC & DWP documentation is acceptable in addition to one valid utility bill/utility statement • Mobile Phone Bills (subject to being under the age of 25. Will require a referral)

What is declined:- • Any document relating to insurance. • Any document that does not meet the above-mentioned criteria – please contact us if you are unsure. (Further criteria may apply – please review the most recent documentation issued)

Is there an age limit for hiring the motorhome?2020-08-26T18:23:35+01:00

Yes, for insurance purposes, we can only hire out to adults aged 23 to 75.

Is there a limit on how far I can drive and mileage?2020-08-26T18:23:48+01:00

There is no limit on mileage.

What is your policy on Covid-19?2020-08-26T18:24:40+01:00

Your safety is of utmost importance to us at See It All Motorhome hire. We follow a stringent cleaning process with our motorhome being deep cleaned after every hire.

Do you supply bedding?2020-08-26T18:24:25+01:00

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we don’t supply bedding and recommend you to bring your own bedding for a double mattress and 2 singles .

When can I pick up the motorhome?2020-09-03T15:39:52+01:00

Full week bookings (Sat – Sat)
4pm pick up on first Saturday

Weekend bookings (Fri – Sun)
4pm pick up on Friday

For bespoke bookings, pick up will be between 3.00pm and 4.00pm on the first day.

When do I need to return the motorhome?2020-09-03T15:40:52+01:00

Full week bookings (Sat – Sat)
Drop off between 9am and 11am on last Saturday

Weekend bookings (Fri – Mon)
Drop off between 9am and 11am on Monday

For bespoke bookings, return will be between 9.00am and 11.00am on final day.

For all bookings, the motorhome must be returned in a clean and undamaged condition as per our terms and conditions.

What’s the minimum period of booking?2020-09-03T15:45:38+01:00

Hire is a minimum of 3 nights, then nightly thereafter. All bespoke bookings must be discussed in advance. To give an idea of prices, we’ve outlined costs breakdowns below:

Low season (Jan, Feb, Nov, Dec)
Minimum of 3 nights at £400. Each additional night is charged at £100.

Mid season (Mar, Apr, Sept, Oct)
Minimum of 3 nights at £500. Each additional night is charged at £130.

High season (May, Jun, Jul, Aug)
Minimum of 3 nights at £600. Each additional night is charged at £160.

Can I hire the motorhome for shorter than a week during high season?2020-09-03T08:22:52+01:00

High season is full week hire only but there may be short gaps available. Please get in touch if this is the case.

When do I need to pay the total balance?2020-09-03T08:23:11+01:00

Balance in full is due 28 days before hire date. If booked less than 28 days before hire date, balance is due in full on booking.

Is there a deposit I need to pay?2020-09-03T08:23:29+01:00

Deposit is £250 per weeks hire to secure requested dates (deducted from total hire price) and is non refundable once the 28 day period is entered. If booked less than 28 days before hire date, the deposit is due in full on booking.

Are there damage excesses included?2020-09-03T08:23:55+01:00

Damage excess of £750 is payable 7 days before hire commences. Subject to no damages , the excess will be refunded in full within 7 days of when the vehicle is returned in the same condition it left

Can I book outwith the defined periods?2020-09-03T15:28:28+01:00

Do the full week dates differ over Christmas and New Year?2020-09-03T15:43:43+01:00

Yes, if the festive period doesn’t align with our standard Saturday to Saturday hiring period, we will amend accordingly. Please get in touch if you’re interested in booking over the festive period.

Where do I pick up the motorhome?2020-09-29T07:09:38+01:00

The pickup location is in Lochgelly, 5 mins from Dunfermline. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll provide the finer details.
